*VACANT Home Staging (Standard & Luxury): 

 

  • Preview: Assessing home and determining staging needs and a plan of action 

  • Proposal: Within 48 hours, you will receive a customized proposal for the staging needs of your home.

  • Contractual Agreement: Both parties agree to the proposal (signatures required). Once signed you're added to our calendar and the work of making selections for your property begins.

  • Delivery & Setup: Logistics team will carefully wrap all items to stage property and deliver items on site & STAGE. 

  • De-stage: To de-stage, we require 7 day notice prior to closing to schedule move-out. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU: Keep the house fully staged until closing paperwork is signed. 

 

VACANT STAGING PRICING:

  • You pay a One time fee for a 60 day contract.

  • Charge includes furniture rental, design, and delivery. Sales tax not included. 

  • Package pricing based on the asking price, location, and square footage of home.  

  • SPRUCED UP & OCCUPIED: 

  • 2-hour spruce, half day or full day staging may be recommended. Using the furniture and accessories in your home, we will transform your space into a place of beauty that your realtor will love showcasing.

SPRUCE UP & OCCUPIED STAGING

 

All homes have a uniqueness and because of that each requires a customized approach when it comes to staging for optimal results.  We will work with you to transform each room for a quicker, more profitable sale!!!

 

With the initial consultation, we'll decide if a 2-hour spruce up, half day, or full day staging is recommended. Using the furniture and accessories in your home, we will transform your interior space to make it appeal to the broadest number of potential buyers.

Prior to scheduling your Full or Half Day of Staging, we HIGHLY recommend

that you complete the following:

 

  • Have the home professionally cleaned, inside and outside.

  • Pack away all unnecessary items, such as: clothing, dishes, books, video games, magazines, fridge magnets, bills, and any additional clutter.

  • Clean all windows, indoors and out.

  • Paint all interior alls a neutral color

  • Remove all artwork from walls but leave it out for possible rehanging

  • Hire a landscaping company to cut, trim and prune the yard. Re-mulch all flower beds.

 

Half day staging, full day staging, and accessories rental available.  Half day staging starting at $450. Please call for pricing.

 

An in-home consultation is required to determine the staging needs of the home.  Consultation price is $150 and usually takes 1-2 hours to complete. A written report will cost an additional $100.

 

Home Selling & Interior Designing Consultations

During these discussions, one of our staging professionals will assess your property to determine the best possible strategy for accomplishing your goals.  Then they will address any areas of concern and make suggestions to resolve them. 

 

Consultation Service Fee: : $150-$250

Interior Designing Consults: $125/hour
